Summary: This application is built with a local-first architecture. It does not require user accounts, does not collect personal identifiers, does not track you across apps or websites, and stores your activity and preferences locally on your device.

1. Scope and Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how this mobile application (the “App”) handles information when installed, accessed, or used on mobile operating systems (iOS and Android). The App is operated and maintained by the application development team (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to transparent, minimal data practices. We design our software so that personal interaction data remains in your control on your physical device.

2. User Accounts and Local-First Data

The App operates entirely without mandatory account registration. You are not required to provide a name, username, email address, telephone number, or password to access the features of the App.

All user progress, interaction history, saved bookmarks, study logs, streaks, and customization settings are stored locally on your device within the App’s sandbox storage. This data is not uploaded, synchronized, or stored on remote application servers operated by us.

You can reset or erase your local data at any time through the App’s settings menu or by deleting the App from your device.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

To provide clear transparency in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Data Safety standards, we specifically do not collect, process, or store:

4. Technical Diagnostics and Telemetry

To maintain service reliability, diagnose crashes, and evaluate application performance across diverse hardware configurations, the App may transmit limited, pseudonymous technical telemetry over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when analytics is active.

This technical telemetry may include:

This information is used strictly to detect software defects, prevent crashes, and ensure system stability. It is never used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or marketing profiling.

5. Content Delivery and Network Requests

The App connects to secure content delivery networks (CDNs) over HTTPS to deliver downloadable media, digital educational assets, or software updates requested by the user. When your device requests these resources, standard technical network connection metadata (such as IP address and user-agent string) is temporarily processed by the content provider to fulfill and route the requested data to your device.

6. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any user information with third parties or data brokers. We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or tracking networks.

We work exclusively with infrastructure service providers that provide secure hosting, content delivery, and pseudonymous analytics and crash reporting. These providers process technical data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We may disclose information only if required by applicable legal process, subpoena, or government regulation, or to protect the safety, integrity, and security of the App and its users.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed as a general-audience educational utility. The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Union). Because the App does not collect personal identifiers, registration credentials, or user profiles, no personal data from children is stored or retained on remote servers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because user progress and application state are stored locally on your device, you retain full control over the retention and deletion of your data:

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your country or state of residence (including the European Union under GDPR, the United Kingdom, and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have legal rights regarding access, deletion, and portability of your personal information.

Because the App operates without user accounts and does not store personal profiles, we do not have the technical means to associate pseudonymous analytics or network logs with an identifiable individual without specific diagnostic identifiers provided by the user. If you have questions regarding your rights or wish to make an inquiry, please contact us via in-app feedback or through the beta testing platform.

10. Data Security

All network communications between the App and external content or diagnostic servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). We employ standard administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in software functionality, operational requirements, or legal standards. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
